Very Convenient

Its a great additional piece of equipment to have, you never know when you will need a backup power supply. Tried it and it work perfectly, i am yet to test it on an actual event, when i do i will update my review.

Kudos, but…..

Easy process-Quick shipping. Jessica was very helpful and quick with attending to my questions; the difference in time zones was an adjustment when questions arose for either party. The item arrived intact and functioning-however, better instructions with mention/images of the tension band underneath would’ve been this purchase process seamless, for me.
