Order Processing
You'll receive the email of order confirmation once you place the order. That means we have received your order and payment. Then our warehouse workers will automatically receive the order in their system. After order verification, quality check, and packaging, your order will be shipped out within 2-4 Days after payment.
While your order is being processed and delivered we encourage you not to book events during this time until you have confirmation of receiving your booth. 360SPB is not responsible for any missed events that you may have.
Order Tracking
The tracking number will be sent to the email address provided 48 working hours after shipment. And you can log in to check the order status.
In case of special circumstances such as being out of stock or packages lost during shipping, we will contact you in time.
Delivery time
Normally, you'll receive the goods within 5-7 working days after shipment.
US Warehouses
We have warehouses in the USA and we'll offer FREE shipping within 24hrs in the lower 48 states (sometimes to HI and AK, too) via DHL, FedEx, UPS, or other major couriers. For the items out of stock, we'll ship goods out from China within 2-4 days.
International Orders
The orders except for the USA will be directly shipped out from our factory located in Shenzhen China, please email us to receive a shipping quote shipped outside of the USA. You may also place an order on our online store for items that require a quote and we will notify you via email of the exact shipping costs. please kindly notice that you need to pay the import duty.
RETURN
We are confident that our 360 photo booth will provide you with impressive events after you receive it; However, in rare situations, we understand that you might change your mind about your purchase and want to return the item. We will work with you to resolve any issues and replace your product(s) or refund your purchase within the terms of this policy. We will do our best to get back to you within 1-2 business days regarding your issue.
The customer is responsible for return shipping charges and 30% restocking charges when returning an item(s).
Request return shipping information before returning any merchandise. Contact us before returning any and all items. Items sent back without authorization may not be refundable.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be: Unused in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it or in like-new condition and free of wear.
All parts must be present when returned.
