In a period of 5 years, starting from the date of delivery. 360spinphotobooth warrants that 360 photo booth provided will be new and in the best functioning condition.

If you discover a defect in a product covered by this warranty, we will replace the parts with the new one as described below details.

Warranty does not include the free accessories.

1. In the first 1 year of the warranty period, if products are proved to be defective, 360spinphotobooth will compensate new
accessories or products to customers for free, customers need to pay the delivery cost and repair fees.
2. In the last 4 years of the warranty period, if products are proved to be defective, 360spinphotobooth will compensate new
accessories to customers, customers need to pay the parts cost, delivery cost and repair fees.

WHAT THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:
*Any product not manufactured by or distributed by 360SPB;
*Damage due to improper use;
*Damage due to improper use in violation of the instruction manuals.
*Damage caused by the unauthorized attachment or modification to the Product;
*Damage caused by a natural disaster such as fire, flood, etc

LIMITATION OF REMEDIES:
In no event, 360spinphotobooth is not liable for
*Any special, incidental, or consequential damages based on breach of warranty, breach of contract, negligence, strict tort, or any other legal theories.
*Damages that for any indirect loss, like profit loss, expenditure loss, or other special incidental loss due to the quality or other reasons; downtime; the claims of third parties, including customers; or the injury to property.
*The limit of compensation shall not exceed the product's marketing price when there's a loss claim caused by 360spinphotobooth product quality during the warranty period.

360spinphotobooth reserves the right of final explanation for this warranty.
